This past February (2021) was the first-time CONA held a virtual convention. It was a great experience and we are ready to do it again for the 2022 convention. Many have asked if CONA was going to hold the traditional in-person Convention as well as virtual the answer is sadly no. However, Royal Carriages in New Orleans has expressed that they would love to share their facility with anyone who wants to come by the week of the convention ( 1/18-20/ 2021). With that being said everyone is on their own for lodging and meals. This decision was not made lightly. As a board, we took into consideration the comfort level of our members and the COVID pandemic regulations regarding masks, immunizations, and personal choice. As well as the financial implications for CONA in having to pull a Convention together in these uncertain times. Even if you are unable to make it in person we can’t wait to see you virtually!!!
